Regular, direct communication

  • The person you meet at your first appointment will be your single point of contact — they’ll act as your assigned project manager, oversee the work from start to finish, and be available to answer your questions throughout the project.

  • We will agree on your preferred communication channels and cadence. (Phone, Text, Email)

  • We send scheduled progress updates and hold daily check-ins and milestone walkthroughs. (Long distance homeowners will be contacted by Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp, videos, text & phone call by preference).
